today early in the morning,i meeting phoebe and yuqin at clemite mrt station los.morning we having nafa test sia.den beeleng,sherly and irene meeting us at school traffic light there yeah =) thanks man.cos they all waiting for me alone.first thing when reach school,our classmate call us to go change and get ready.
Stage one-> Sit-up
i was partnering with sherly.hhahas.i forget i get how many.but i knw i get 5 point for that.sherly JiaYo woa.dun see her small size.she play basketball de leh.
stage Two-> standing bOard jump.
ohh man,.this is a stage that i am super weak on de.guess what?i get only 160 only.mean 2 point leh.ohman sept got another nafa test i must do even better.
stage three-> Inclined pUll up.
at first i do 19 only.cos get 5v point leh mah.after seeing so many pple do 20 plus,i also wann to do even better.so i try again.and i get 24.still the same 5 point los.
stage four-> Shutter run.
me and sherly run together yeah.hahahs.she fast sia.but our timing is same.10.3sec
we get 5 point again.happy shiok*
stage five -> sit and reach.
i pratice darm lot of time i still cant get 46cm.in order to get point 5 u must reach 46 leh.hmmm wen is my turn,i can reach until 46 sia.happy * cos tat time i was tinking i cant do it.
stage 6->2.4 ( the last stage of the nafa test)
i was doing warm up too.abit only.den we walk to the starting point,and guess what.when start i still dunNOe .until got pple run den i run leh.hahhas =) i got stop a few times.veri tiredd mah.and sharon was besdie me .cool right?and at last,iren wanted to overtake me when we reaching finishing line.and i speed all the way.and i get 24th out of 108 bah.if i m nt wrong.for the girls,i get 1st.irene 2nd.sharion 3rd. happy sia when i nOe it.but hope timing is less then 14:01 bah.before the run,something happened.i must say here.
