MY GROUP MATES ;)having kayaking training today . and i am all ready for training
with my Adaias sundown shirt . Today training we went to run one round
the school and then did some exercise - push up , bridge etc
and then due to raining and we cant play outdoor freebee !
my leg giving way when i am running but then i manage to complete it ;)
and after that we went to play freebee and it was totally fun !
