I went down to Jurong Point with my friend and we were shopping around and also
trying to look for #02-21 and guess what ? While i spotted Marie France BodyLine
i was SHOCKED ! Because their outside was full of mirror reflection and i believe
they have it for a reason ?
Maybe to let every ladies who walk pass , to see themselves in the Mirror ? To check
whether if they are in a good shape ? I think i got to have some confession that every time
after i left home , my house down-stair actually have childcare and their window is
those reflective one , and every time i walk pass there , i will check myself
whether did i dress well and does the dressing look fat on me ?
HAHA ! I guess i am not the only girl who will do that right ?

After i register my information , the staff from Marie France Bodyline actually
approach me to ask me whether i want to have Hot Green Tea or Hot Plain Water ?
Guess what is my choice ? if they have COKE , i confirm choose COKE ! But then
impossible they serve COKE here one , so i choose Hot Green Tea instead , at least
got taste compare to plain hot water !

from Marie France BodyLine staff to brief me before i can go ahead with my treatment !
Here is the consultation room i was lead to ! :)
The slimming consultants will conduct a one to one consultant session, and will take into
account factors such as the person's weight loss target and unique problem areas.
The slimming consultation actually ask me about my every day food intake ! For me in the morning i will eat bread , afternoon i will usually eat mixed rice or chicken rice in school and
some snacks because RP always have lots of breaks and for dinner , it will always be home
cooked food like chicken , fish , vegetable and rice !
I love eating fruits too , especially oranges ! :)
The Slimming Consultants actually advice me a lot ! If can , ask me to stay away from Chicken Rice because their rice is made up of the Chicken Oil ;x which will highly make you fat if you always eat ! She actually gave me a list of Fat Content of popular food and each of us should actually aim for an average daily intake of fats of less than 30 grams !
Example :
Fast Food
- cheeseburger 15 grams
- Apple Pie 12 grams
Rice
- Duck Rice 30 grams
- Fried Rice 20 grams
Dessert
- Tau Huay 1
- Green Bean 1
In order to intake less than 30 grams , you can actually eat ,
Fried rice 20 grams + Tau Huay 1 + Green Bean 1 = 22
which is more than enough for your body , if not you can intake some fruits !
and after all these , i actually ask her a question ?
ME : Is those Yumi Yoghurt consider healthy or not ?
HER : Going for the Low Fat will be better !
ME : But I love their yoghurt :(
HER : you want to eat can , but go for the original ones !
So today she will be giving me ISS (Intelect Spot Shaping ) treatment and
CSBS (Contour Sculpt Body System) !

after finish answering my question , she pass me to another Marie France Bodyline
staff and she brought me around !

I got bad memories and that day i also forget to bring my notebook with me !
These are the lockers that you can place your things inside while you are receiving your treatment ! :) So you will not worry about your things getting lost !
Toilet is the most important place that everyone need to know because
everyone needs the toilet ! LOL !
But the toilet is so nice ! Especially the "words' printed on the toilet !
Finally i am here in my treatment room and on the "bed" , these are the things i got
to change into before they can start the treatment on me !
The Attire i wore today ! Something super comfortable :)
Plus i am way too lazy to dress up , don't judge me because i wear T-shirt and
shorts okay ? :) You will still love me for who i am right ?
Before i change , i keep cam-whoring inside the room ! I love their Mirror :)

The Marie France Bodyline staff is super friendly and she ask me whether
am i coming here for the first time ? I was like yes and i actually told her
i would like to go to washroom before the treatment start. She actually bring me to the
washroom and wait for me in case i forget how to walk back ?
When i get back to the room , she start to tell me what she is going to do and
first she is going to massage my shoulder for 4 mins , and so cute right ? They actually
have a timer for that and when i want to take picture of it , she was asking me
SHE : Why you want to take picture ?
ME : With my shocked face , i reply her that I am blogging about this treatment :)
SHE : OH
ME: i was quite shocked she don't know.
But nevertheless m i love her service :)
The massage was damn shiok , how i wish the massage will last for 30 mins
instead ! :)
Today i suppose to go through treatment on my thigh , but at the end the treatment do
on my wrist instead because the staff actually saw there is some marks on
my thigh which i got in during my OBS attachment and they think it is best for
me to skip it !
(Luckily they spotted it , if not i do not know what will happened ) ! So today i will
just undergo one treatment !

After I done with that treatment , i were brought to other room and i got to change
another set because the previous one might get stains from the cream from

so after i have change my cam-whore again ! :)
The staff actually bring in some cream again and also another cup of Hot Green Tea !
I am really freezing cold but luckily got Hot green tea to warm my body better +
she bought in some magazine for me to read in case i am bored and at the same time
my phone is running low battery and i forget to bring charger out :(
i sat down on this chair to wait for her to come !
She place some warm towel around my shoulder to keep me warm ! Really no joke man ,
is really super cold inside !
After a while she come inside the room and she apply the Ultrasound Gel (If i am not wrong )
onto both of my thighs and she wrap it up and ask me to sit down and rest for about 20 minutes !
After the whole treatment was finish , i went to change into my own clothe then the
consultant actually bring me into the consultation room and ask me if everything is okay ?
And i would rate my whole experiences :
Environment ( surrounding ) : 9/10
Music : 10/10 (Very relax)
Service : 9/10 ( Awesome especially the one who actually serve me during
my treatment )
And after that i went home and check on my wrist line it really reduce and it is just nice
for me to wear my dress out to show off my sexy wrist :) LOL !
Overall it is awesome ! :)
