PRE-LAUNCHED FOR FAIRPRICE WALKS WITH U -WALK HEALTHY LIVE HAPPY

I am so glad to be one of the media who is attending the Pre - launched FairPrice Walks with U event at AMK Hub ! The walk will be happening at Marine Barrage on 29 June 2013
Saturday at 8 am in the morning !
Actually i can just take the banner photo without me , but as you know bloggers always love taking photo especially myself ! Of cos , i know take picture when i am actually with
someone i am familiar with and not when the surrounding is full of unknown people !
Feeling hungry in the morning , first thing coming into your mind is food ! Thanks to
FairPrice for preparing food for us to eat ! Remember this : you can eat less for your
lunch and dinner but you can't miss you breakfast because it is the most important
meal of the day !
My all time favorite fruits ! Water-Melon !
Some kind of bread , but i did not eat this even though i am a bread lover !

Here comes the MC of the day to tell us what is going on today !
Today there will be 5 teams made up of selected families who have qualified for assistant
schemes, media personnel and FairPrice staff who walked through the aisles of the
FairPriceXtra hypermarket to shop for a week's supply of daily essentials, which will then be donated to each participating family. Each team was given $100 FairPrice Voucher for the activity !
Which mean i will be assigned to a team ! :) I am totally excited for the shopping even though
i can't bring back home with me but the feeling is great because you doing this for
charity and doing it out of love !

she is giving us an opening speech about the later event which is the $100 voucher shopping
for the team and also she talks about the FairPrice walks with U , she say :
" we are very excited with this inaugural signature event and we hope that our members and the community will support this initiative, which promotes family bonding and healthy living ! "
I got to totally agreed with her ! Everyone is always busy with their work and always
thinking of earning money but seldom have time with the family ! Why not take this time to sign up for FairPrice walks with U with your families ? You can bond with them & Having
an healthy lifestyle & for charity also ! One stones kill Three birds !
After she finish her opening speech , everyone start to walk their way down to FairPriceXtra ! I believe everyone is excited , especially myself ! I been watching on television
and hearing people talking about this kind of " shopping games " but i have never
experience myself ! So i am really kinda of excited ! WOOHOOO ! :)

shop for the daily nessentials ! All of them are excited as you can see from their facial expression ! I am feeling excited for them too !
After they grab their trolley and standing with their "ANGEL" and one of the media personnel they are all ready to set off ! :)
Once they say GO ! Everyone just walk slowly and taking their time to start their shopping !

Super calm and at the same time super excited to shop for their daily essentials !
She is telling the "ANGEL" what she want and "ANGEL" will actually recommend
her the cheapest which is the house-brand , so she can buy even more things with her $100 FairPrice Voucher !
By the way if you do not know who is the "ANGEL" ?
They are actually the staff of FairPrice ! :) So when the families want to get something ,
she does not need to walk the whole FairPrice , she just need to ask the "ANGEL" and he
will bring her to the section ! :)

they are way cheaper than other brands and their quality can be as good as other brands !

After all the shopping , is time for us to take some photo !
The five teams made up of families from different CDCs, as well as members of
the media and our own FairPrice staff ! Another one who is me also in media but i
am taking photo for them ! Look at their happy faces ! :)

I just enjoy my shopping with them and see how they can spend their $100 vouchers
to get all the healthy items !

After a long morning , the baby gets tired ! Just now when the baby saw the FairPrice Mascot
the baby was so happy and smiling , kicking away ! :)

The FairPrice walks with U event expects to attract participants of all ages from all walks of life. Walkathon participants will start their scenic 4 km walk at the barrage and make their way towards the Garden by the bay (EAST), right next to the maria bay golf course, against the backdrop of some of Singapore most famous landmarks such as Singapore Flyer,
Marina Bay Sands and the iconic Cloud Forest and Flower Dome at the Gardens by the bay.
Participants will also be entertained by various entertainment stations along the walking route !
