Wednesday today and i am looking forward to water training as it time
for me to row with my teammates and the thing i dont really like its to do
the play boat stucts as i keep trying and i cant manage to do it !
if next wed i still cannnot do it , i will approach one of the play boat people
to teach me man as i want to progress and not just keep doing to same thing every week
its like toally waste on time !
water training was fun playing with team mates 1
and i bet i be having aching everywhere tomorrow !
but i LOVE ACHING ! means your muscle is waking up !
after training , i went home straight ! and get ready for a brand new day tomorrow 1
