Schooling ~
and thinking if we going to East coat park and
go for run 10km with Dragonboating friends .
luckily wai hong stay cck and he is going so i went along too .
cos if take transport there, will be very far !
meeting wai hong at 0730pm at cck lift there and
we went to take train to admirately and meet
tick hong , he be driving us there to east coast =)
thanks man !
Went to east coast and alison , fangs , caron and
alot of people come and run too . thanks to alison accompany me run
as my muscle still abit pain . but guess what ?
i didnt stop and i continue to run !!! weeeee
i want to join again next week =)
