super scare the result =(
First station sit up = 5 points
second station Sit and reach = 5 point
Inclined Pull up = 5 point
Standing Board Jump = 2 point
Stuttle Run = 3 point only

after that Bred , jin Hao , ariel and i went to eat
at Coffee shop and we eat and drink there man
