i late wake up that why never go meet phoebe they all take bus but take train instead. sorry my dears ! hahhas ~~~ went to school . doing nothing muchh . exam coming lehh . super stress and somemore got training . roleplay ! from today onward i must study hard , play hard, work hard ! hhahas in everything i do to make me successful .
after school , zhi hong , louis , meowmeow and i went to eat at kfc. den last min meowmeow and louis went to smour house eat . dont know how to spell ! den after tat , zhihong went home and change. while me and louis went to training first .guess what we train ?? RUNNING =)
spinning . 5sets of 1,2,3 rounds den 2,1 round. plus 10 push up ...20... 30.... and also seat up . wao ! the girls get to run first lor, den the third round i cannt leh . my mascle pain and i ran to toliet to vomit . super eeeerrr xin .. and den i still continue to run . but jog leh den spin hahhas . i knw i can do it =) den somemore . we did push up also hahas den jog 2 round leh . warm down jio can go home lehh ~~ SHIOK ! den change leh jio go buy drink and walk to bus -stop with them . lots to mention names !

Good news ! Tmr No work . thur will be working as cashier ! the day i m looking forward to .
