Boot Camp with Certified Trainer Victor Lee

Victor who is my friend recently runs his own boot camp. Those who read my blog regularly, you will notice that he appear on my blog before, he is a personal trainer and that time he teaches me how to exercise using kettle-bell and also train me at his previous gym. Finally, i have no reason to reject him already because the past few Sunday, i would tell him i am sick and can't attend due to work and since now i don't have any work on hand, i can finally come down to try out his boot camp! I am looking forward and at the same time feeling super lazy! People keep saying i very fit and always workout but the truth is that even thou i always work out but i do have lazy time too! I am a human too, if you don't realize! Most of the time all i want to do is to lie down on my bed and do nothing. 

Victor meet me at Pending LRT at 6.45pm but i am late because i took afternoon nap and is way too hard to say bye bye to my bed! After i have reached, he walk me to the park that we going to do our boot camp there. I really WOW by the place when i reach there, especially seeing so many people running and exercising not just individually but with families and friends. If this is near my house, i would be very motivated to workout man, no more LAZINESS!

Victor bought his own equipment down for us to do certain exercise which i have never tried before. this is my first time working out with the resistance band in this way. We pull the resistance band toward our shoulder then after the movement we will do lunges next. Total we did about 15 times for each set and in total we need to do 3 sets! It may seems to be very easy from the start but trust me after 2 sets my leg want to give up already! 



Suppose this exercise we be using our towel but at the end, Victor want us to use the resistance band instead. we got to pull all the way to the end for each side and the movement is up and down. If you want to have a sexy shoulder and back muscle you should do this exercise.

I do have wrist problem and whenever i feel the pain i will use my finger to support it and keep changing to have support from my hand fully. I did 3 set of 15 push up my wrist still can managed it, so still not so bad! If i do more i think when my wrist give way, i got to stop immediately and not to risk to injury further on my wrist anymore. 



I dislike this exercise the most. Is doing lunges from one end to another end. From the picture you can see that everyone is in front of me and i am behind them. I am not saying that i am slacking at the back but for me i want to do it correctly and doing at the pace i am ok with it. when it come to knee i will tend to be more careful as my knee is getting better and i don't want to push too much but nevertheless i will push myself bit by bit by doing it in the right body posture & another thing which is important is never give up!



This exercise i would say i love it as it bring back the memories of me doing gym classes especially kick boxing and some of the gym classes i have attended before! Is somehow the same like i am going to box someone in front of me whom i dislike. 


Jump. Jump. Jump.
Who will like this? You tell me? Maybe a kid will tell me that he like it! 
From the starting it was quite bad, but after a while i kind of get use to it for jumping over the rope for so many times.

First thing come to my mind about this picture is that my action shows that " Sian, when is this going to stop, i am sick of jumping over the rope", or do you have any interesting caption for this picture? Victor shows me this picture after the training and he ask me "Tiffany, you feeling very cold is it"? haha, i find it very interesting of what my body will show during the times when i am doing exercise. 


After all the exercise is done, we end it with a cool down! Cool down is very important; if not tomorrow you will have ach everywhere. Even thou the feeling of having ach will make you feel that you have pushed yourself very hard but true enough, it is not. It is a sign to show that you did not do a proper cool down exercise.

Overall, i did enjoy myself in the boot camp especially it is totally different from what i do during my gym time or during my own time exercising at home therefore is something new to me and i will be signing a package with Victor.
