These few days , i be staying back after school to go gym and trian with
school DB girls . thanks girl for letting me join you guys train as it few of us only !

and finally i have dye back my hair to black , but then within a few weeks time , my hair colour will
turn out to be my old colour - i hope so ! and i get caught when is my second day in school.
school was really busy and tiring . full of project stuff and also meeting's !
imagine every meeting got to pay $0.50 & $1.00 !

aftre school , i went to change and meet sandra for training . suppose to run few set's .
600 3x sets
400 3x sets
200 3x sets
and warm up 2 round of the stadium .
and i went to run with sandra , after we came back from toliet , sandra found out that
her handphone is lost ! and then we quickly search but nothing is been found . then she contact
her friends and stuff . at the end , she called her parent to cancel the line and then we went to wait for yy come then we went to train sets .
shuttle run & more . kind of really tired man ! but was great ! i love the training .
