not enough sleep in the morning and i have
to go down to kallang for training from 2pm - 4 pm for
the upcoming race for 800m . and today turnout was really
BAD ! not many people come for training , like that how can
we stay strong as one team to fight in the race to WIN something ?!?
i really want to win a MEDAL ! that why i come for training , and
train hard in gym .

after training , i went down to expo for sevice 2 and dennis today
serving and he didnt tell me until i ask him to meet me
outside the hall 8. then i went to find the cg memeber , but i found NONE !
standing there blur blur . and about 3 usher came to ask me , if i need HELP ?
usher was really alert ! GOOD GOOD =] and later on . dennis went to ask his
cg memeber to look out for me . at last , they manage to find me !

today service was really touching man . PST KONG is back and SUN HO
i am so proud of them . still staying strong ! i believe in them . i really feel hurt
to see them so tiring and i will always keep them in prayer ! JIAYOU !

after service , went to meet jace then went down city hall to meet jo-ann .
and went to buy joshua & dennis birthday present . and went to eat
with jo-ann . reach home about 11 plus . K.O .
tml got to wake up at 5.30am -_- !!! as i meeting waihong 6.45am at jurong east .
