heading off to kallang with waihong & xian feng .
when water training today was great & i enjoy it alot =D
- going to train hard for 5 man crew

- river regatte 10 women crew
later on head off to land training . ( where the hell begins ) - haha ~
running & also play some games where i love the part
when my grp mates cheer for each other to encourage each other
i feel supporting is important no matter wat happened !
after that , we head back to kallang . our COACH HAOYUAN was
talking and saying about race stuff , our attitude , our water and land trail =D
i got to have more disciple in running , got to train harder then ever for
the upcoming races ! !! ! !
later on head down to marine sqaure for lunch . and guess what ?
we caught in the traffic jams =( wait for about 1 hours to get to the
the marine sqaure car park ! that's kind of impatient -_- !
and my stomach keep singing song non -s top !
when reach we went to eat & later on went shopping =D
CARON CANNOT decided what spec she wanna buy ? haahaha
and the one she want , i say not nice . and she say we all like spoil her
decision and making the salesperson dont like us ! =D
later on i alone head off to suntec city to help xianfeng find water sport top but then so
sad dont have his size . only left L size . then decided not to buy , then head off to
marine sqaure to look for crythia & the bro .
she drove me to vivio city & she help me bought a pillow .
i bought a pillow for my dadddy =d
when reach , i went to look for adeline . then we head off to buy movie tickets
and then we went shopping too ! the movie was great . and after that
we went to hong kong cafe to have our DINNER !
the beef meal was nice =D
after that head off to shopping again . and i bought a tank top =D
