JOL Crystal Elixir in Botanical Body Care for Holistic Healing and wellness

Ever since school has started, I have been
bringing my laptop, books and files to work and to training. The reason why is
because I will rush my assignment after my session. Didn’t want to waste time
traveling home to do plus my brain can’t function when I am home because my bed
and drama always calling out to me and most of the time I will give it so I always
prefer to study outside especially coffee bean – my all-time favorite study
place. Most of the time or all time my bag is always heavy and if possible I will
like to reduce the things inside to make it lighten! Every time without fail my
friend will always say the same thing to me, “Tiff, why is your bag always so
big and heavy. Is there always so much things to bring?”. I actually told them
what I put inside my bag! All the things are very important to me and I can’t seem
to leave anything at home without bringing out with me: ( I always have my school books , laptop , files
, charger , portable charger , umbrella , pencil case , water bottle and many
more .I still can handle the weight during
normal days but if I have training after work , my bag will be extremely heavy
and no matter how big my bag is , it’s always full because I need to bring my
training attire , training gear , toiletries and shoes. So I actually found out
a method for me to reduce weight in my bag.
I decided to cut down the size of my
shampoo and shower gel. I always look for smaller bottle so it will be more convenient
and at the same time its lighter. Every time when I visit my favourite shop, I always
get bottle which is 300ml. I can’t seems to find any smaller bottle so in order
to solve that problem , I actually transfer the gel into a small bottle I got
from the hotel stays but guess what? Every time it will leak and cause my
toiletries to get wet. Don’t know how many times I must change the bag.
But now I have no problem in this anymore.

thing first, it actually solved my first problem! I do have my second problem

The SECOND problem I believe that only
people who have train before at Kallang will understand especially to those
Dragon-boater & Kayakers. You guys will totally agree to what I am going to
say here! Kallang water is always so dirty and after training all you want is
to have a good bath and wash away all the smell – the dead fish smell! The
toilet is also shared by the public and it can be very smelly too. So since the
JOI claim that they have essential
oils in the products, I would like to test how good it is. So one of the
training I bring it with me and guess what? When I shampoo my hair with the Harmonise
the smell was so nice and I can feel like I am in a spa. Usually when I shampoo
my hair , I won’t massage my scalp but for this , I can feel the relaxation and
it draws me to massage my hair and somehow it gives me a feel that it can relax
my mind especially recently I have been stress up by overwhelmed things that are
happening in my life. After bathing, the essential oils smell still stays on my
hair and everyone love to smell nice right? It’s a human thing; don’t tell me
you don’t like to smell nice.
Ever since, I never only use after my dragon-boat
training and gym training, I also put a set in my office for everyone to share
and use. My colleagues even commented that it’s nice! I saying all these based
on my own experiences and not saying all these because I have too.
It’s totally worth it!
