dragonboat trainning this morning .
land trainning : Run up the staircase and do push up , sit -up and many
more . super tired man ! 3 sets !
and den we need to slow jog back then we need to go down the boat already !
after that we went to take bus to joo chiat to donate blood.
but not successful man ! my iron not enough ! and i need to eat more red meat !
BEEF ! BEEF ! BEEF !
den gladys , adeline , xiaowei and i take taxi enous mrt and then
leaders need to go back church and i went to bukit batok to visit Banana
and i gave her card and flower . hope she will get well soon .
and hope to see her soon in school .
went baby aunty house dye hair .
my hair now not very bright and is dark red
haha , so guai right will listen to teacher to dye hair back !
so sad cant meet baby haiis . Love you baby !
