First time joining Mizuno Ekiden run!
And the goodies bag
is really good and totally worth the money.
I mentioned that because I been to races which I pay more than this run, the goodies bag
really cannot make it one. I am glad that Mizuno Ekiden Run did not disappoint me.

Chosen a nice back ground to take our group photo !
I am feeling super excited for the run and I wonder what timing will we achieved !
My heart pumps very fast because I am super nervous ! I am running with three other guy runners and they can easily achieve below 30 mins where by for me I only can achieve below 35 mins. I keep telling myself to chilled and just do my best !
When I reach the waiting area, I was looking at the screen trying to spot my team name. Once the name appear, I have to quickly head out because the runner is only 100m away from me. I got to get the sash from peter who is the first runner before I can set off ! When I got from Peter, I quickly run off and I was crazy to run at 4 min plus pace and I KO when I reach about 2km - 3km mark. I started to slow down my pace and do my usual pace. Even though this is a short distance run, the weather make me feel even tired and to the extend I have to walk at certain part.

I have no idea how I can smile so happily at the cameraman. Maybe because clement told me that whenever I spot the camera man I have to smile even though I am dying. This photo was taken at the last lap back to the finishing line ! I keep pushing myself to keep on going and when I reach the end point, I try spotting Edison but he is now where to be found until he pop out !
