HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO KUN SHAN!
woke up in the morning , mind was like thinking ?
should i go for land training a not ?
every part of my body is painful !
but guess what ? at last i still went for land training ,
again 2-2-1 !
and the weather is really very hot ! 'SUN!
but i like it when water training not land training
because i want to get tan !
guess what > i manage to run finish without giving up .
i must train my mind to be positive not negative @_@
and then later on went to do some pull up and then slowly walk back or
jog back to prepare to go for water training !

our coach came to our boat and coach us !
and i can see that everyone in this boat want to win in
this upcoming race in river regatta !
and we train like crazy ! even though we are tired we still never stop!
and
GOOD JOB LADIES !
We won a 10men boat guys !
- if we continue to have a positive mindset i believe we can go
into final round !
even our coach also say so !!!

later on we head down to marine square food court ~!
i craving for Indian food !
and after eating , i went to take bus to head down to work !
and today i manage to close 5 appointment and then
thanks BOSS ANGELA for donuts !
and letting me go off at 8pm.
i was like half-dead ! body muscle pain !!
exam coming on Tuesday ! very stressed!!
hope i can do well !!!
