What a TIRING day man ! waking up early in the morning , to meet bryan @ jurong eat mrt station , at the end up , TAKING bryan grandma car to TIONG BAHRU ! and we have MAC for our breakfast ! YUMMY ! i love hot cake ! WOOOHOOOOO !!

training today was really tired man ! i row until i want to die leh . but i keep telling myself , i got to row hard in the water in order to pull the water away , and move the boat infront ! i want to WIN A MEDAL ! that why i got to row hard . i maybe tired , so are my TEAMMATES ! all i got to go is to encourage them all the way ! after 2 hours training , we have another 2 hours training for the ladies . correct the ROWING ! by anyway , its was FUN !

after training , i rush to bath and rush down to cheerleading training . meeting joshua and go down together ! the training was killing me badly as i have 4 hr HARD-CORE DB training . here goes the training , runnning & more . i almost want to give up due to the pain =( my shoulder is giving way leh . and i learn a new things today ! timing different from ours ! and around 4.30pm , josh & i went to change and head down to bugis for STEAMBOAT ! wooohoooo . appreciate dinner !

Appreciate dinner . recieve lots of gift from POLY/ITE CLUSTER ! love you guys ! i really feel the love from them ! n thanks to joshua for his gift ! =) and i enjoy myself eating with jeremy , edison & rest ! picture shown ! they are really joker man ! they LOVE eating meal ! and today took lots of picture . actually i want to go play pool but then i AM really sUPER TIRED & i know i am changing my MOOD SOON !and i faster HURRY them , and take train with joycelyn , jerry , joshua & bird bird !
