the birthday boy ! DENNIS !
KANA sabo by us ! we are playing games !
samuel ong , and the rest of the cg member! 
dennis ! the BIRTHDAY BOY !dragging myself out of the bed , before i am late for training
meeting waihong and we went training together . in train , we
two of us ALready K.O !
today training was real tiring man ! my SHOULDER is breaking man .
aching everyone . row for more then 8 set of 800 M ! we girls got to train
harder alright ? fight for the place ! MIXED TEAM & MAIN ladies team
if you never come training , how can we put you in the race to row ?
we need to bond as on & row as 1 !
after training , debrief already then i went to bath then
rush down to seragoon mrt station to meet joycelyn & joshua .
but two of them were late -_- ! then i wait for them at staircase & SLEEP !
i am really very very tired =( later on josh reach leh & he share with me
his bread as i say i am hungry . WAHAHAHAH . later on joycelyn reach le
then we went to legacy training .
today never RUN ! luckily man ! i dont feel like running !
and today we do PT ! damn xinku but got to ren . and my muscle giving away
and before training , i was asking lenny the main coach that i may not be
doing the pt due to i train from fri - sunday . and he told me that i should endurance
to train even harder . and after that i just do . and it was really painful man !
but i OVERCOME it ! and we did stucts , and learn lots of new things even though
those are basic ! and at the end , we go this stuncts which a person go up elvater and
fll back . and all the girls went up , and i am only girl who is base .

SABO me go up and i was really scare man . i dont want go up .and lenny pull me up and
say i should give it a try ! and i did went up ! i want to cry man ! and i thought i am going to die . and total i try two time . 2nd time is quite shiok . and thanks to those STRONG guy
bases ! can carry my weight ! thankhs thanks !!! =]]]
after training , went to change then head down to dennis birthday party .
and i tap out the wrong station -_- ! instead of korvan , i go out of seragoon .
ohman and i walk to his house . i manage to get to his house ! AISEI clever !
hahaha self-praise . learn from dennis !
reach his house . his dog was really big and so nice ! and i really paisei
as i dont know anyone there . and then he get me to seat inside the living room
and he gave me pizza to eat . thanks mAN ! i too paisei to take myself .
and guess who i saw ! JAMES the manhut guys . woohoo ! he is really cute !
HAHA . and then we play wii ! and around 8 plus , everyone left except those dennis
vip & his cg memeber ! We continue play wii and also play card games . and those lost ,
will have to drink voka . the cup is really big . i think i drink more than 6 cups .
HAHA . later on , i went back with dennis cg memeber who stay at CCK also .
while walking to mrt station , i told him that the weather is hot . and he reply me
you drink too much . haha , i was thinking hmmmm . yeah ! =]
and we have a long chat until we forget to alight man !

reach home . online for a while jio sleep leh .
my neck super pain due to injuire while cheerleading .
and tml i be working , so i must sleep now ! GOOD NIGHT EVERYONE !
