today having training in the morining yeah.
so i must leave the chalet around 8 plus los. den take cab to expo.
den take train to kallang lor. i be meeting farhana, hani and kaisin.
hahahs =) den we bought something to eat too .knw about something too .
so sad to hear that. someone dont know how to think about others but ownself.

PA race is next sat leh. girls team yeAH =) is a event that we are looking forward too.
training today was good yeah. Girls, you all did a great Job.
and dden we went for debreif . ( paddal ? lifejacket ?) me and kaisin dun have.
