dargonboat training today .
bryan and wai hong not coming .
so i be going to training alone .as kef they all
not going for land trainig also.
i am late and i quickly wear my shoes and
run to catch up with them .and luckily i ran
the same road with them if not i will be running
alone without knowing what they are doing =p
hahaha .and we did pull-up also. push up and many more .
i just love it man !
after land training , we run back and change take our thing
and get ready to row =]
we are sitting according to 5 crew .
my team memeber are, Evon,jinpei,jer and me
and training today was good. and caron was unhappy
about the attitude. i really agree with her .
but there is people in the boat who really want to
win , and there are people who just want to row for fun !
after training , we had a debrieft =]
and coach say that is time for us to start trining hard now
and come for lan training all this .
after bathing , we all went to eat lunch .
kef , jin pei ,pei chun and ?!? last min
cant think of his name.anyways , he also will not read my bloghahahah .we went to lavder to eatt. famous noodles.
super dude nice . after that . pei chun
send me to bukit batok mrt station .
