sunday today !
wake up early to go DB training . 8.25am must reach .
den we do circuit . and rowing also. 5 man boat race coming up soon already .
training very tired today. me and yon went off early . i need to rush off to work yeah .
today sales was super not good . but thank GOD is hit $100 lor. i working alone . so boring sia .
den after work i went home alone =PPPP
today nothing much to write leh
