REHEARSAL AND ACTUAL DAY OF OLDIES CONCERT 2013

We are all excited to dance later on for the rehearsal and at
the same time i can't wait for the actual day to come !

Every-time when we have our rehearsal , we always come together
in-front of the stage having debrief ( before and after ) and also
with prayer too !

After all the dance practice & singing we have practice for the past moments ,
finally the actual day is here which is on 25 august 2013 !
We dance need to be there at 9.30am to practice dance and also knowing our
dancing position on the stage ! Due to yesterday not enough sleep , i decided to
just take a taxi down to church and bought breakfast for the dancer with Yi Long
since he also took taxi down too !
Totally excited about the performance later on !
To be honest , i am quite worry about my dance steps especially
MK songs because we have not much practices and i tend to not able to
catch it as some of the moves required me to practice like for example
shuffling !
Thanks make up articles for all the nice make up done and the hair do!
Is must be quite hard for the articles to draw eye liner on my lower eye and also
putting fake eye lashes because my eye is super sensitive especially the left one !
After she done putting the eye lashes, my eye started to tear and become super
red and she have no choice to keep cutting shorter and shorter because i
told her that i still feel something poking my eye , very painful :(
At the end i think the eye lashes are quite short that's why i don't feel the pain
anymore !
After all the make up and hair do is done , all of us are out here to cam-whore
ourselves and at the same time we need to prepare our stuff and
thank to Marcus one of the dancer for ironing our dance clothes ! All these
small little actions, i really appreciate it a lot !
I manage to just take a photo of him ironing our clothes :) After
he saw the tag on instagram he was saying to me :" why secretly take his
photo"? and my reply was :" no , i openly take your photo"! LOL !
After that around afternoon time , we have our last run before the actual
concert ! Around 4 pm the concert started and When i come out for the mass dance, i was just feeling super happy and seeing so many people came to
watch the concert!
Finally when it come to the second part which i am afraid
the most , i manage to maintain my cool and everything seems to be alright
for me and i felt the peace of God :) At the point of time i am not worrying about
any of my dance step , in my mind it just keep saying i do my best and
let God do the rest :)
Finally the concert came to the end ! I really have a mixed feeling about it because
i am going to miss this batch of awesome people ! From someone who are
stranger to me at first , and now we are friends and they are really friendly
and approachable batch of people :) Really have lot of fun rehearsing and performing with them !
And i am going to miss this batch of awesome Dances

photo taking ! After our performance is done , we went to articles room
to pack our stuffs and head up to level 4 for buffet ! Woohoo !

When i come for the rehearsal sometime i get to see her and i did not know
she was a pastor until one of the dancer told me ! I went to took
photo with her and she is really friendly and talking to you just like a friend :)

Morgan and his lovely wife Minty :)
very sweet and talented couple they both can sing very well and
those who came to watch the concert you can tell that Morgan really
can dance very well ! Love talking to both of them, always having
smile on their face and it bring joy to others around them !
With Cassendra !
I remember the first time when i get to know her is during the photo shoot
and i remember she is always laughing and fooling around and when
i was posing in the front , she was asked to seat beside me and therefore
that is the time we manage to break the ice and began to chit chat :)
Funny girl and fun to talk to !
With Yoku !
I heard her name and seen her before because she is very close
to one of my cell group member and i remember her first impression to me was
not very good, but i thank God i manage to know her through
this concert and i realize that she is a very nice person and very encouraging
person :)
She knows that i faced some problem with MK dance and she did gave me
advice and i manage to apply it and at the end of the performance she
came to me and say i did well , way better than during rehearsal ! Moral of
the stories : Don't judge a person by its own cover !

Clarice and Da Xiong !
My first impression of both of them is that they are really funny and when they are around you can see they are always smiling and having fun ! I have never see their serious side until they are on stage ! They are also very talented people who can sing really very well !

Before joining this oldies concert , i did not know anyone except Yi Long
and i remember during the very first photo shoot , Jasper was the first
one who talk to me and i was quite shock that he is younger than me
as i thought he should be older ;x ! Nice and funny guy !
Clarice and all the dancers for her song : Yi Yang DeYuan Quang !
( Hopefully i don't spell it wrongly )
This song actually quite tough to come out with dance steps and when
we need Clarice to record her voice what she will sing on the concert
to send us and when i heard her voice i was like WOW ! Her voice is really
good man , plus is without any background music ( if i am
not wrong)!
At the end we manage to touch up her and there and we did it !
With Gregory
He is the guitarist ! Both of us did not talk until the actual day , the dancers
was on the stage already and when he came he was saying something
like: " wow , so early ?" then my reply was : " Ya , i slept in church". He
reply : " Ya me also ! Then is when the break ice came in !
Another funny guy !
If you have read through , you realize all of them are really
nice and friendly people ! :)
With Kelvin Loh
He is a DJ 88.3 , he is damn cool especially his hair color !
Very friendly guy whose Chinese is damn power ! If i can have
half of his Chinese , i think i have no worries when i head down to Taiwan !
With Victor
The one who is in charge of the concert, thank you for making an effort to
come talk to every single one of us :)
Always putting a smile on his face despite sometime things don't
go according to plan !
With Zerus
Really thankful for him , sending me back home twice despite him
staying away from me ! He is always bringing joy to everyone during
our dance practice with his moves ! Is a good thing not a bad thing.

Thank for all the fun and joy that you girls have bring to me , enjoy each moment
spend with you girls ! Hopefully there will be chance to actually to dance
