went for dragon-boat training at kallang !
Amanda coming for training !
weee hope she enjoy it !
today training was tiring man .
is aching everywhere but i LIKE it .
muscle is growing and i want to train hard and be
stronger and WIN a medal for kiyah splash !
girls team jiayou !
we can do it one !
after training , we all wanted to bath at kallang side . but then
there is a lot of people ! so that Amanda have an idea that we should
take taxi down to her house and bath! that's is better @!
we agreed and we head down to her house and bath !!!
later on , we went to Bedok and buy food and eat in the bus .
we need to rush down to expo for service !
today service was great yeah !
after service , i went to fellowship with her cell-group member .
and that Aaron really super dude funny when he and Amanda
teasing each other ! we went to eat KFC .and around 9 plus, we
went off first ! and reach home about 11 pm .
need to go sleep already !
tomorrow i have training and work!
