Dargonboating training starting at 0850am for
Land training and 10am for water training .
we went for running and do push-up for girl and
thanks to jonathan for accompany me running slow
cos i having running nose and Leg muscle pain =(
Water training .
we going to start training hard for river regatte @ End of Nov
10 men crew race around 300m
super tired but we girl team have a timing of 1.57min
we did improved . and our first timing was 2.09min.
Happy of cos . because we girl really want to win
something for this race for our team !
TEAM stand for :
.......... forget leh . never mind. once i remember i will updated on my blog.
after training , we went to eat at marine square .
and then i rush down to work . and i was late =(
but never mind angela also late hahah
and today i have make 3 appointment =]
and then i have called up some of my friends to disture them
FUN !
after work , i went to take train to cck to buy food home
and then heading down home =]
i be sleeping soon =]
