Finally i got back my pay !
Part 1 : will we get back our pay :
Part 2: will we get back our pay :
and thank GOD that this will be the final part !
If you did follow the previous post , i mention that he have left the group chat and
he went to open another group chat with people inside who did not make an
report to Ministry of manpower !
I type all these conversation are the message that i have screen shot in my phone ! I am
unable to type out all because after he done transfer he ask me to leave the group !
12:36 The middle man type these :
For the record, this is still without prejudice discussion. And i'm not good with people whom i
perceive to be rude nor those who speak either too much or without thinking. in order for this to go smoothly, i would suggest you indulge my preference.
12:39 My reply :
To me my purpose is to just get back the money and the end of the story as i also do not
want to waste each other time. Just want to get straight to the point and also not wanting to be
rude to anyone.
12:39 The middle man type these :
So learn to keep quiet.
I did not even being rude to him , despite of him being in the wrong position , he still want
to act as if he is in no wrong position !
I think the next day he ask for everyone pay and i send him the amount of money
that xxx shop owe me and he didn't reply me and i send him again the second time then he
ask for everyone account number and after he done transfer the money , he ask those who have confirm receive the pay to leave the chat group !
In conclusion , i would like to share with everyone that when you work part time outside ,
you got to be really careful ! You might not know your boss will just close down the shop
without letting you know in advance and MIA without paying your hard earn money !
here are some tips which may help you :
1. Know your boss full name
2. Having an black and white agreement in working ( quite tough but no harm
trying )
3. Keep record of your working hours
4. Know those people who are working as part timer in the same company
All these are basic on my own experience , if you do have any more tips to share with everyone ,
feel free to comment below :)
